Cottage - Self Catering Accommodation

Troytown Cottage is a spacious, comfortable and luxurious let set in a peaceful location, in the heart of our dairy farm, close to the islands beautiful beaches and breathtaking walks. It is a traditional granite and wooden building which sleeps 4 in two bedrooms (double & twin), both with en-suite wet-room style bathrooms. It is perfect for families or groups.

The cottage was recently extended and renovated and now combines Scillonian character with modern comforts such as underfloor heating throughout and plenty of headroom!

There is a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), a large, open plan lounge-diner (dining table for 6) with sea views and French doors leading to a private, sheltered garden. Changeover day is a Saturday.

A winter stay in our Cottage is perfect for a restful break in a unique, peaceful and traquil location, with exilarating walks and breathtaking scenery only a short walk away. We can offer short breaks, flexible changeover days and very competitive rates.

Rates

Rates are per week and include bed linen, towels and transport for luggage across the island. A travel cot and highchair can also be supplied free of charge. Dogs are accepted only by prior arrangement at a charge of £20 per week. The Cottage is strictly non-smoking. An extra person can be accommodated by prior arrangement, at a charge of £80 per person per week excluding infants in cots.
